Description

Hear about the drivers of satisfaction and loyalty of theme park visitors by investigating the relative influence of Schmitt’s (2003) experiential consumption dimensions of Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate, along with other potentially influential factors like sociodemographic characteristics, experience, and visiting behavior. Learn about the results, including what factors contributed to guests’ gratification, including value perception, experiences, and number of past visits, and what you can implement at your facility to increase guest satisfaction and repeat business.
